I have had alot of questions about the Spreckels Beach House here in Coronado...We have taken it out of the MLS and not currently advertising it as we are getting closer to the completion of the very extensive remodel. The new Coronado Estate will have upgraded electrical and plumbing along with the restoration of the windows ,doors and all woodwork. The red tile roof added in 1911 has been replaced with a new red tile roof and the house has been provided with heating and air conditioning. The entire interior will be touched and what was formerly a 6 bedroom front house will now be a 4 bedroom with an expansive mastersuite. The anticipated completion should be in the fall and we will be putting it back on the market then.
