2013 was a very busy year…
In fact, one of the busiest years ever,
not just for me but the entire Island has been selling!
Since 2007 when our market peaked in # of sales and values there was a serious decline in 2008 with only 170 sales. The following reflects an increase in sales on an annual basis since then.

The market has been improving and with 27 properties in escrow and only 114 properties currently on the market (27/Cays, 28/Shores, 59/Village) 2014 looks like another great year for Coronado real estate.
