Congratulations to Me!

I really want to thank the new owners of 1127 F Avenue, "The Historical Gunn House" Built by Richard Requa in 1926 and the former owners who allowed me to represent them with the sale of this incredible property.  

1127 F Avenue is the most expensive home sold in the Village this year! Hopefully it will be the second most expensive home sold very soon, when I sell the Spreckels Beach House.  

The recent report of the Spreckels Beach House, selling for $9 million dollars, was not accurate.  What did occur was the transfer of the deed as part of a sale that occurred back in 2011 when the Shacknai Trust sold the property to 1043 Ocean Blvd LLC.  The underlying debt was paid off and the title transferred fulfilling the terms of the original sale back in 2011.  The property is currently offered for $16.9 Million and has been completely remodeled and restored to the grand glory of the 1907 Beach House John D. Spreckels  gave to his son Claus as a wedding present.  The director of the Coronado Historical Association has been quoted to say, this restoration is an incredible example of how historic preservation should be done! I am working with several interested prospects and hopefully, The Crown Jewel of Coronado real estate will be sold soon!
